LINDEN LABS, GET A CLUE!

I have a close friend, a premium member in good standing, who hasn't been able to log into SL or her dashboard for over two weeks. It keeps rejecting her password, and she has vanished from search and groups which is indicative of either a locked, or deleted, account.

She lives in Australia and there are no toll free numbers for Australia. Not only would she have to take time off work to call them, but it would cost her a lot of money because there is no toll free for Australia.

She has filed numerous support tickets from an alt. She has checked her billing statements and everything seems to be clear. She has no enemies that would hack her account. Nothing about this is normal, predictable, or guessable.

She owns land. She has easily $1000USD of inventory.

WHY IS LINDEN LABS IGNORING HER?

She isn't the only one who isn't getting the answers they should. I know of at least two other cases where people have the same exact issues, and Linden Labs has yet to set aside whatever pet project they have going to answer their tickets.

DON'T YOU PEOPLE CARE ABOUT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS?

I am seriously thinking you are shooting yourselves in the foot on purpose, like you want the majority of us to leave so you can close SL down without incurring a rash of lawsuits. Why ELSE would you PERSIST in ignoring the SERIOUS NEEDS OF PAYING CUSTOMERS like my friend?

I don't know what you're doing up there in San Francisco, but GET A CLUE. WE PAY YOUR SALARIES.

It's time for some Customer Service.
